Michael Sclafani joined LOGIC Commercial Real Estate in 2021 as an Associate for the Vincent Advisory Group in Las Vegas. Michael’s role includes servicing existing clients, helping manage the team’s deal pipeline as well as prospecting and building relationships.
As a Las Vegas native, Michael graduated from Green Valley High School, before receiving a Bachelor of Business Marketing degree from the University of Nevada Las Vegas. Out of college, he joined his parent’s family-owned business, Vegas Valley Baseball. For 10 years, Michael was the Director of Umpire Operations, supplying umpires for Little League and club ball, before becoming the Director of Baseball Operations, handling the recruitment and scheduling of club ball teams for tournaments and year-round leagues.
In his spare time, Michael enjoys golfing, discovering new craft breweries, and going on adventures with his wife, Cristina, and daughter, Isla.
