Michael Sclafani joined LOGIC Commercial Real Estate in 2021 as an Associate with the Vincent Advisory Group in Las Vegas and was promoted to Senior Associate in 2024. In 2023, Michael also obtained his business broker permit, further expanding his capabilities in commercial real estate. In his role, Michael is responsible for servicing existing clients, managing the team’s deal pipeline, and prospecting and building new relationships.
A Las Vegas native, Michael is a graduate from Green Valley High School and earned a Bachelor of Business Marketing degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Before transitioning into commercial real estate, Michael worked for a decade in his family’s business, Vegas Valley Baseball. As Director of Umpire Operations, he oversaw the recruitment and management of umpires for local Little League and club ball games. In 2020, Michael’s role expanded to Director of Baseball Operations, where he managed the recruitment, scheduling, and coordination of club teams for tournaments and year-round leagues.
Michael is currently pursuing his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation to broaden his expertise in commercial real estate and is an active member of NAIOP of Southern Nevada.
Outside of work, Michael enjoys golfing, discovering new craft breweries, and spending quality time with his wife, Cristina, and daughter, Isla.
